Intense ruby red color. On the nose are present the typical scents of Sangiovese, with big intensity. In the mouth it is dry, warm and a little tannic, robust, harmonic and persistent. In the kitchen it goes great with roasts, game, braised dishes and hard mature cheeses like parmigano and Tuscan pecorino. Between meals it becomes a great wine to sip on.
