Bright straw yellow color with a noticeably persistent pearliness. On the nose sensations of apple incurred with notes of biscuit and cedar. The notes of ripe fruit accompanied by hints of crusty bread. On the palate it is fresh and lively enhanced by the velvety softness of the bubbles. The fruity notes are combined with a yeast fragrance.
