Transparent and crystal like color, on the nose it is spicy, with notes that remind us of damp pine forests and tomato plants. Slight aroma of rosemary, black olive and citrus. Boldly flavorful, the flavor of this gin explodes in juniper and fresh coriander, then transforms into bitter spicy and herby notes typically rosemary and basil, which balances well with the fresh citrus. The ending has notes of green olive, cardamon and basil.
