Clear, transparent color, on the nose notes of vegetables and aromatic herbs, we can clearly recognize juniper, rosemary and hints of bark. The taste is strong and very dry, the alcohol is very invasive, followed by the herbiness, it needs to be mixed with something. In a simple cocktail like gin tonic or a gin lemon bring out the best of the gin.
